Nice call. As soon as they planted the random "We can't afford to send you to college!" I figured that it'd either be that or the selling eggs storyline would finally come full circle.

Also, if there wasn't the scene where Raj actually met with a doctor, I'd think he was some creep who wanted to marry Ivy for some weird reason; I get bad vibes from him.
