when i said fascism i meant on the levels of Nazism and Italian Fascism, where it becomes a global issue...i dont mean little fascist organizations across the world and some of its ideologies still existing...because thats something impossible to eradicate

perhaps, but it can be looked up in the OED (Oxford English Dictionary), which traces the changes of the connotations of words based upon their usage in published works over time. handy tool!
