Two weeks ago I started dating this really great girl. We went on about three dates before she came over and we had sex. Again, great. We went out more, had sex more always with a condom. It wasn't until a few days ago that she told me after we had sex that she had genital herpes.
I played it really cool while in bed, but my head was going a mile a minute. I was like, "Welp, you've got herpes now. GG, faggot." Thankfully, after getting checked at the clinic the next day (after waiting for a breakout that never came), I tested negative. Wasn't until I got the test result that I told her we had to break up. I just couldn't see a relationship without sex, and didn't want to chance getting infected. Of course, she started crying, and I felt terrible.
But then I said, "Hey, you didn't tell me you had herpes until two weeks after we started fucking." To which she said, "But you never asked." So my question is do u guys think it's the duty of the infected to tell the partner, or is the duty of the partner?

Well I am 25 not 22, and am about to have my first kid in about three months, a boy. I don't know about you guys but I started drinking and doing other shit when I was like.. 13/14 or so over at friends houses who had parents that didn't care or wanted us to drink over there instead of somewhere where they didn't know where we were. So by the age I am now I don't really feel the need to go out and get trashed at a bar anymore, I prefer drinking alcohol that tastes good in moderation with a good dinner at home except for the once every two weeks to a month where I decide to go out with some friends to a bar and play some pool, darts or poker. Overall it worked out well, by the time I am 45 my first kid will be 20, so I will be young enough to play some sports with him, and won't be ancient by the time my kid is out of the house so I can still spend some quality years with my wife before my labido dissipates. Meh, to each his own but I guess I started early and grew up quicker and I think it was for the best.

If you go to college university, you are 18, when you graduate you are 21-22-23.
After that I want to enjoy life and not get married immediately and have kids. Nothing wrong with that, but I want to just want to do other things, it's not the right time imho. Don't want to sit home with the wife and kids, live life to the fullest, travel,... have a career

Perfect age imho is 27-30.
