probably that and private homes... such laws existed in the past, but im sure it's almost next to unenforceable... it's just a way to make a statement against homosexuality or something

i'm sure in the interest of being non-discriminatory they will just blanket ban them. this isn't new, i'm pretty sure texas, until recently, already banned oral sex and sodomy (it could be my own state, though, that i'm thinking of)

have you really not heard about this? google "texas gop platform" and read on, my friend. one of my favorite pasttimes is getting road head when i'm cruising on I-20 to dallas, so i have as much at stake as you do here.

of course... since the party put all this in its platform... there's a 90% chance it will never get done, as most other platform promises throughout hist'ry

Banned and illegal in the State of GA. Was a lawsuit a few years ago of a neighbor secretly video recording his neighbor and then turned vid of the married couple to the police. They arrested the couple for having sex in the privacy of their home and did nothing to the guy that was on their property being a peeping tom. Amazing!

F'd up laws and states that enforce such bullshit when the problems we all face daily are simply pushed to the side for someone else to take care of...if ever.
May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.

um, that's called "centralization", and it is efficient and for the best. you don't know what's best, some suit in DC does.

Kind of like the ex-speaker of the House, Denny Hastert who used our tax dollars to fly to the Marianas with Abrmaoff on a monthly basis and have sex with pre-pubecent girls and boys. The purpose was to allow for pre-teen sex slave industry to flourish in the Marianas under the guise of this being a U.S. territory that recieved financial aid from the US but does not have our laws apply to them. That's an example of the suits in Washington working for you! No wonder that fat piece of shit stepped down and let Pelosi take over.....even before the vote in IL had taken place.

haha makes you think but ya you're totally right. I saw a Toronto city councilman talking about how his requests to have the summit event somewhere other than downtown Toronto where it would be much less expensive and easy to secure were denied. My guess is they want all the police - protester drama so that everyone has their eyes on the show outside, and no one really wonders 1. why world leaders from supposed democratic governments are meeting behind closed doors, and 2. what policy they are discussing and putting into place. if no one showed up at all, then they'd be like, um, boys, i think we totally lost em. but seriously, 1.2 billion spent, and i'm gonna guess that you guys didn't vote to spend 1.2 bil, or to host the summit, or to pass that secret 'we can search anyone' legislation. Canada and USA both such fake democracies.

I am thinking about writing a book about the second dark ages coming to pass as Americas once proud bloodline has become watered down and relies on a system of government that we were supposed to hold accountable for all their wants and needs instead of taking responsibility for their own actions and actually having the self respect to not accept handouts in life. But then I remembered Mike Judge already made Idiocracy so.

just remember that even though that seems really dumb, we need this system because who else would maintain our public roads? all the bullshit, all the invasive policing and shady accounting and massive debt-creation... just remember, public roads. be a realist here. if people weren't subject to arbitrary laws, increasing taxation, infringement upon liberties, perversions of the law, and constant wars & death... then there would be NO WAY to travel, and that... that's a crime against humanity.

Tell me more about these "roads" as you call them, what are they used for, how are they made and most importantly why do they all lead towards Communism?

My friend works for a union and was downtown on Sunday for a protest rally around Queens Park (or was it Allen Park?), and I'll probably never hear about it on the news.

As for the "secret" law, someone posted this on his Facebook. Though I don't agree with the police being able to search me for no reason, it looks like it wasn't formed just recently. Unless I am reading it completely wrong?

I'm with you on the fact that peaceful protesters were snubbed for the attention of the violent protesters, that really pissed me off. The particular law I'm talking about wasn't passed in the 90's it was passed last week, unfortunately to my knowledge the law isn't even on the books yet so public citizens can't look it up. Pass the law without anyone knowing about it, and take it away before any realizes what exactly it is. Seriously, that's some slippery fucking political moves. I doubt Mcguinty will see a third term, I hope this allows smaller parties to flourish in the wake of him and his parties stupidity. The sad part is that he's not terrible at his job, but I don't think I can honestly forget this next time I go to vote.
