as they say different strokes for different folks, I don't condone doing drugs because I have spent the better half of my life doing them, if you look at it from this, all people are born pure and free, by taking over the counter drugs, government vaccines, illegal drugs you are poisoning what was once pure, enslaving your body to something that more then likely isn't needed.

seeing / knowing people who have become so dependent on drugs and getting that fix to feel normal is all they care about is a sad thing because their own morality changes and they do things that ruin friendships, family relationships and or do things that are against what I would say is the righteous code of conduct, ie steal, lie, kill ect ect

so be it from me to judge some kids who feel that by listening some music induces a chemical reaction in their brain that makes them feel high, it probably only works when you truly believe such because you brian will release chemical endorphins that will achieve desired results they are looking for.

this is the same effect most habitual drug users will have when they eventually quit and become sober yet in their dreams their subconscious mind will give them an opportunity to quench that thirst hidden underneath the skin, they do the drug, feel the same effects and wake up and feel like a douche, or on the flip side, go out and buy their drug of choice because they truly don't want to change

you gotta figure, buying a song for 1.99 and being able to replay it is probably alot less damaging to ones body and mind then doing the real stuff HEH

i thought this would be a totally different thread. i read a paper recently discussing how the human brain rewarded the learning of knowledge with endorphins, which is why people get 'addicted' to the internet, wikipedia, etc.

as far as the drugs bad/good debate, all i can say is some people should try em once, some people shouldn't, and some people should be on them 24/7.
