Scratch or Pick both & Sniff

I am wondering on my caveman like behavior is it a must that i scratch or pick my sack then just maybe " i take sniff" I was wondering if that is normal because i have started to do it in public a lot more lately maybe could be a OCD disorder if i don't pick it right now its still extremely itchy or its the fact that i haven't showered in 2 days

As for Girls do you do the same do you scratch your cooter or pick a lip and take a sniff sniff?
