you compared the 9/11 attacks (done by religious extremists - and a false flag operation by the country's own govt - but that's another story) to the atomic bombings of japan by America (a country at war). And I haven't been to Japan (not yet, but hopefully in the future), but I think they might have an American flag somewhere around there, but we friends right?

also, after reading the article that fagmor posted. I see in the artist rendering of the supposed mosque is actually 2 blocks away from ground zero, not on ground zero. So what the fuck is all the controversy about???

2 blocks away from ground zero on private property where you are allowed to purchase said land and do whatever you want with it is hardly placing a victory flag on top of an attack committed by a small group of muslims compared to the entire population of muslims that exist world wide.

You are blanket generalizing/stereotyping a terrorist attack, yet this is a victory for all muslims yes, even though your own muslim friends are against this. You just don't make any kind of sense what so ever.
