Yes you can -- there just isn't oppressive heat and humidity here so people actually spend lots of time outdoors doing various activities and the weight tends to melt off quicker with that.

As I said before, every state has its great places to eat and it's awful places to eat. I had a few awful meals in the south while I was living there - but that's because the people who ran those restaurants are retarded and would cheap out on certain ingredients that there is no reason to save money on.

Every part of this fine nation has good eats of some sort.


Edit -- you'll be in Albuquerque and all you can say is "refried beans" ???? That's the capital of Green Chili right there man, ask a local who has the best green chili and you'll be sure to get a few different answers there Isn't "tex mex" bullshit there. You'll get some of the best traditional style Mexican food in the country down in Albuquerque my friend.

You're crazy. I can see why you'd think you have better food because you probably have a valid point, I don't know because I've only spent a week in Galveston. As far as scenery goes though Colorado pretty much holds the trump card over any state I've been to.

I was down there to work, to be honest I didn't even go around the city much beyond where the job took me. I did go to the beach and got my leg sliced open, that was cool. Something to remember Texas by haha
