Yeah

I suppose there is the SLIGHT chance it could be transmission fluid, but I've seen lots of spills/leaks of that at my store over the years and no puddle of transmission fluid has ever been that red in my experiences.

perhaps the car flipped on top of something containing this colored substance and it is not leaking from the car itself?

Perhaps it's a filter used on the pic?

I doubt that it's blood.
