We've always had Golden Retrievers, incredibly cute dogs when puppy's and the sweetest dogs when they grow up. Our never bark either, except when they are playing together, but otherwise no barking. They also do well with staying at home and don't always need a long walk or a lot of running etc. However, we have always had 2 dogs so they could keep each other company at home.

just a quick update:

i'm definitely getting a vizsla puppy! met with a breeder on friday. she has one male left and i put down a deposit. puppies are only 4 weeks old so i won't be able to actually have the dog until the last week of august.

these things are soooo fucking cute as puppies. and all of the adults i've encountered thus far are always incredibly friendly and affectionate. pretty awesome breed all around.

second to last image is most likely the one we're gonna get. i say that because we were last to the table in putting down our deposit, so we just get the last male that's left over. no choice in the matter. that's the one we really want though. he's a little big and dopey.
