It's public. Everyone is free to use it. If you want an account setup PM me your name and PW and I'll set it up. However, anyone can connect to the vent (you don't need a pw). It's currently costing me $5 a month, so I'm not going to disable it regardless of how many people use it. I'm not going to go out of my way more than I already have to promote it, that's the communities job. The_Paul and Tariskat use the vent a lot, I gave them both admin. Talk to them to get an account if you can't get a hold of me. I also think there's a feminist clan of women who use the vent, they claim to play Subspace but I have a strict policy of tits or gtfo. There's a 10 man Darkfall clan sharing the vent (given excess size of the vent), but they mostly stay in their own channel. Some randoms also use it for LoL games, which is fine with me.

Yea id just like to say thanks to cops for putting this up, theres a few group of people that use it, i know me and Aura and the_paul use it a lot, we aren't always playing subspace but it's a nice wya to keep in contact with each other. I think one of the subspace squads are using it so feel free to jump in anytime anyone who wants to chat.

P.S. Staff should have a !tell for this, so we can tell players vent info without actually having to memorize it. !tell player:vent ... !tell player:ventrillo...whatevs.
