If he causes trouble for the rest of the staff, people don't get along well with him, then that's good enough reason to be axed. Being on staff should be enjoyable or at least tolerable, not a nuisance.

Not to speak for other people, especially on a situation like this, but I'm pretty sure myself and a few others have quit staff partly because adam was on it (and largely because we were lazy).

It is interesting that you would say he put up with things and got axed for being harassed. I'm afraid it was the other way around a large majority of the time... though I am sure some people got so sick of him that they probably started things with him on occasion, I don't know.

Earlier I put up a list of people he has had confrontations with on staff chat/the yahoogroup.. Those are just the people I could remember, and just the ones that I saw first hand. What else went on behind the scenes I can only guess. I can tell you this, I was never impressed with Adams attitude. Since he was warned for it and even suspended for it that alone should be grounds for dismissal.

However, as I said earlier Adam has treated the very rules he has to enforce as a staffer with very little regard. From what I know of Adam, I can only assume that he frequently broke the rules, either with his staff nick or his Soul alias. I say this because I witnessed him either breaking the rules or flirting with the idea, twice. That is the kind of thing that should happen a total of zero times on staff. Cops has personal experience with abuse and the rules.. Don't you Cops?

The worst part, as I said before, was that Adam seemed to believe he was high and mighty... above the rules. I have no idea how a mere ER could reach that conclusion (jk!). When he was caught or questioned about breaking the rules, being a jerk on staff chat, spamming the yahoogroup with inflammatory remarks (Adam was the instigator 9 times out of 10, contrary to what you will hear from people like Cops or Adam himself) he would seem like he thought there must be something wrong with anyone that had a problem with him, that surely he can't be to blame.

Adam never personally held himself accountable. He did his time, but he never seemed to realize why he was in trouble.

He simply is not what we need on staff... it wouldn't have worked out for him. I said that months ago, I'm going on record saying it now, and if by some act of God himself Adam manages to get back on staff I will be saying it then as well, but not on the record.

I left staff in the way I wanted to go, maybe you didin't find it funny but I did. I'm not here being adam's shield because frankly adam has dug his own grave. I'm just stating that this situation is not one sided, adam gave as much shit as he took.
