2pac seriously, zreq is wrong guy to try to take on. He is the only bot dev, so you ask for things like different maps yet who programs all the bot elements for a new pub map, amends any changes to super etc which isn't decided by zreq either btw or when a league bot breaks basically wipes all leagues out of the zone, which in turn pretty much turns it into pub map only.

10yrs ago maybe, we probably had 6-10 capable bot programmers, now we have 1 who has to spend all his time just keeping the bots working and the zone ticking over. I doubt you will find another staffer who puts as much time, effort and dedication in for 0 credit then this guy. There are plenty of other area's to look at if u really want to start pointing fingers at certain people for doing things or not doing things, this isn't one of them.

It's not hard to type esc+c and put old levi back to the previous settings, i've staffed b4 its not hard. !buy superlev should be put in so people with levi can upgrade and get those 100+ streaks why is you ask that because they are LT's and they BOMB base all the fucking time get used to it, its PUB. If you want the basing experience there is always ?go base for that, allow the 2011 settings.

Problem is everyone wants different things... Remove this and 10 people want it back but keep it and 10 other people want it removed. Whatever happens there's always someone who will moan and I can see why nothing gets done.

yes Cres, I always was to be fair just went inactive - never saw the point in having 5 sysops active, and spending time with family was more important then being just an extra vote. I also promoted Turb through to Sysop so game was in good hands anyways. MM has hit a few issues with IRL so is struggling to get back online, so I have increased my activity again to cover that also with Beasty deciding he wants to cover the Dean position as well as sysop left us a little stretched. That said I will be glad when MM gets back, and it's a shame we haven't had a proper run of both Turb and MM for any extended time to see what the pair could actually do when fully active.

There isn't a huge amount to do at the moment to be honest, as with everything it is waiting for others to complete tasks and certainly in regards to Steam. If you haven't had a chance take a look at Poids steam list in the steam section which shows outstanding tasks to get this moving. There is too much worry about licence agreement, which is completely a non issue and has zero impact to steam as their is no transfer of ownership or leasing of ownership. The delays with steam is frustrating, and I don't think I have seen Kryn once since returning if I am honest so that will probably need to be looked at, but those other tasks listed still need to be completed, part of me thinks tho just screw it upload the damn game and wing it - gotta be better then having nothing

exactly, it's so infrequently used, people are just complaining to complain. Sure super could be an added aspect to increase the fun in pub, but the way it was set up allowed for it to be abused by players.....taking it down is more of a measure to control that small level of abuse, maybe it will go back up if it gets tweaked.
