it takes no talent to write the songs they write
they jsut use the same power chord through the song

they suck too

i havent really been a fan of any of these bands either, all of these band's songs are way too played-out on radio stations and mtv....especially evanescense!! gawd i hate them

Disturbed do put on a good show though. David reminds me of a rooster in a henhouse by the way he moves about. And he preaches the good word of metal as if he were some kind of satanic priest. They may not be the best act out there, they may be far from it. But at least its not rap. Give them that much.

first of all, it should be implied/obvious that he has heard them... and if you like that music, then maybe they're an alright band... his point was he doesn't like them/they're talentless and suck.

i'm not saying if you play in drop d, you suck... and i'm know many bands can make well of it, but desturbed isn't that great.. hell i could play it.. i mean, how hard is it to barre the e(d) a and d strings?

Why the hell did you buy their cd or goto thier concert
this band is obviously talentless
their guitarest(s) obviously only know a couple chords (mainly power chords) and their bassist only knows the top string, maby the second to top if he learned something new
and their played to much
they are what is called a vocal band
they are pop metal
so they would be:
A POP METAL VOCAL BAND

which means they suck



Also coheed and cambria, and thursday use drop D and their really talented
expescially that thursdays guitarists were still learning their instuments when they made the album "waiting"
which is one of my favorite records, along with "second stage turbine blade" blade
but im sure co%ca already knew their instuments before they recorded that album
