yes and thats sad. there are no wrong things in history since its made by the winners. in fact this whole war will not take much place in history and in a long term the result is what counts. of course the result will always be good, no matter what it is. but their art, culture, music and lifestyle will be gone. not the people who died or the county that is destroyed worries me. it will be built up sooner or later. you kill a culture and get nothing out of it. you force them to go your "right" way. it is a question of morale and ethics and for me there is no place for war in that. can you kill someone that kills someone? an eye for an eye?

and have you had a look at a world map in the last years? jugoslawia is gone. there are just a bunch of suckcountries left. i was sailing there so i know what i am speaking of. its no happy end.

expect 10 years of problems at least. than maybe after 20 more years they will feel something like nationality and pride for their country and goverment and start working together. add 20 more and they will seek internationality and you have the point where we were 1 year ago (minus art, culture, saddam and stuff). 20 more and the old people will be dead. if you drop control somewhere in between you get another shitcountry. you could as good as nuke them away and build your own irak with ur people right next to it. would be faster, cheaper and cleaner.
on a side note: i am not anti american, even tho i dont like the fast food pop culture. but thats not all america is made from. i know NY with their underground music, florida with their longboarders and much more. but voting arnie? well nm thats a different story...
