It is important that I get your opinion on this.

How do you define the phrase "putting out" and why? Do handjobs count? Blowjobs? Just sex? Sex and anal sex? It is imperative that you respond (assuming that you've actually had some form of sexual experience).

I define "putting out" as a women who allows one or more males (or females if that's the case) to have vaginal (or anal, but I think vaginal is more implicit) intercourse with her. That is one at a time, of course. Handjobs, blowjobs and any other forms of foreplay don't cut it. Within my circle of friends, if we happen to see a hot girl walk by and one of us makes a comment such as, "Dude, I bet she doesn't put out." we're all under the assumption that whoever said it meant that they bet the chances of you getting your dick wet are slim to none.

The backstory of the discussion is that one of my friends was at this party and this chick was sort of getting up on him, but was like, "I won't put out, if you want to go after some other chick, be my guessed." And he did go after some other chick and I was like, "DUDE! THAT CHICK WOULD HAVE TOTALLY SLOBBED YOUR KNOB!" so like, I'm trying to figure out what the general consensus is. Most girls I know would have sex with anyone that they'd give head to anyway, so it's kind of irrelevant what they say.
