What Time Do YOU sleep at night?

    for the past three years i have been going to bed at about 12 to 2 am on school nights and about 3 am on weekends. this year i have changed, discarding that empty time sitting in front of the computer after everyone has gone to bed for sleep. i cant say that i notice much of a difference in my energy levels, now that i go to bed between 10 and 11, but i am healthier. for some reason though, getting more than about 7.5 hours of sleep is very destructive to me.

    i have pulled about 3 all nighters, one of them on a school night. not too bad i guess. the ammount of energy i had during that day was really not that low as long as i didnt physically exert myself or lie down. actually now that i think about it i was nodding off during fourth bell chemistry. id be sitting there listening, and then suddenly i would realize that my head had started to fall and i kept on having to try not to nod off every 20 seconds or so.

      Around 2 am. My schedule this semester is pretty good, with my earliest class starting on 11:15 at the earliest.

      As for the weekends, there is no rest for the wicked.

          caffeine pills allow me to pull all-nighters at least once a week...thank you jet alert <3

            my school schedule is always alternating so sometimes my classes are at 9:00am or 11:00am. so i go to bed whenever i have to.

              Unfortunatelly I think I'm doing one right now... I have physics exams and I have to "wake up" in 2 hours and go to school.

              Wait a sec... wth I'm doing here then?

                  Between 2-5, normally between 2:30 - 3:30 when I have classes or early practices, but if I have nothing to do the next day it's normally around 4:30. Wake up at 9:30 or 10:30 for classes.

                  3 all nighters? Total? Well I guess until sophmore year I only pulled 1 (for my final essay for a class), but sophmore and junior year it was like 1 every week. Probably had about 20 last year. Once you start going to sleep at 5:00 a.m. it suddenly stops being a big deal to stay up all night. My first class last year was at 2:30 p.m. so I'd be up real late every night, which eventually lead to just started pulling all nighters everytime I had a paper or project or something which I would start around midnight. The worst though is when you do like a couple nights in a row of little sleep. I had like 4 finals on 4 consecutive days and I was up late each night cramming for them, by the last final I'm pretty sure I was writing gibberish.

                  Anyway, I take my name seriously. By the way, the secret for me sophmore year was junior mints.

                          its 2:15 now, still have to do a lot of drawing homework, printmaking homework, i guess i'll go to bed at 5-6, wake up at 7. every day. a coke every class is too expensive, i am going to invest in caffeine pills.
