I'd suggest like Counter-Strike or some other Half-Life mod. War3 to me doesn't show much difference on different resolutions, while the mods show huge differences with slight changes. The Mods also show big differences depending on the driver it uses.

Latest in immersive gaming? Well it's sorta old by how bout Return to Castle Wolfenstein? Or Medal of Honor: Allied Assult?

Half-Life works perfectly fine on my GeForce256 it wouldn't show any real differences on a better card.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
The water effects are pretty nifty on WC3 on higher resolutions.
And GTAIII with high fps is a load of fun ^_^

Elder Scrolls: Morrowind

I, myself haven't tried this game, but I hear that it needs a top of the line computer for this game to run smoothly.

I hear its a great game too. One of the freemoving rpg type games that will allow you to go anywhere, talk to anyone, and do anything you want to do; all of which would alter the future of your character.
