They're going to have 10k Orcs on screen at once. 3 hours of action? Hell yes. This movie is going to be soooo gd sweet.
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.
Nah that was maybe 2k at most.If you watch the preview on the TT second dvd you will understand what I'm saying. 10,000 orcs on screen at once. The sweetness is just too much for words.

Originally posted by ÆNIMA i'm still dumbfounded as to why they left shelob out of the two towers i'd rather have a 5 hour movie than that cut out
you do realize, to get everything in the last movie, it'll have to be like 5 hours? or just tons and tons of action
They're probably going to cut out all the post-killing-Sauron stuff, or most of it (I'm betting everything but the Aragorn/Arwen shit they're so fond of).
Dishonor is like the scar on a tree, which time, instead of healing, only helps to enlarge.
A friend of mine who's an avid LOTR reader told me that the love story actually is in the book, the appendix rather, i think...if not there, then in one of the other two books Tolkien wrote.
Yes, I did watch the extra stuff on the Two Towers, and I knew what you meant by 10k orcs, I just figred that Sauron had that many in the first battle also.
Blue, by post-killing-Sauron stuff, do you mean Saruman in the Shire? When Wormtongue stabs him in the back?
Ya, I bet some of that will be cut out, but if you think back to the first movie when Frodo was looking into Galadriel's Mirror, you saw a scene of the Shire in turmoil, so that means they shot at least that much, so I hope that Saruman makes it in the last minutes. And Sam hooks up with his girl $$

the film-making company (i forget the name) wouldn't let the two towers be over 2hrs50 mins or something stupid like that. Return of the King is gona be around 3 hrs 30 mins and looks fucking amazing. It'll also have Shelob
Also, has anyone watched the 12-minute preview on the Two Towers DVD? omfg it looks so good.
