I see people posting their workout schedules, heres mine:
08:00: Wtf im not awake yet
13:00: Easy walk down the stairs to fridge, open fridge. Jaw excersise on some junk food.
13:30: Tired. Nap
14:00: Stairs down to basement and computer. Nobody is on tw so no fingertraining.
14:10: Takes me 10 mins to figure out house is empty and the masturbation fest can begin. Biceps traning for about an hour
15:10 Tired and empty (if u know what i mean)
17:00 Dinner
18:00 TW. First DD of the day, then suddenly during it i have to piss so todays first run goes up to the toilet and down again.
19:00 tw is piss boring
21:00 after watching some great football on the telly im beer hungry
21-04 Beerbelly excersise.
