lol i think only one person gave him a real jazz group, i guess jazz isn't really as mainstream as it should be

here's my not totally jazz, but kinda group

Candieria (i thinkt hat's the spelling, that's the pronounciation)
They also do a lot of hardcore music (power cords and screaming) and hiphop, so if you have a lot of time to pick and choose...they're good with jazz
              Ну вот...

You are all a bunch of fucking idiots, seriously. 311... jesus.

Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
                John Coltrane - Blue Train

Start there, if you don't like that, well then you won't like any jazz.

                        Hmm, some famous jazzartists:

Miles Davis, album: Bitches Brew, songs: Spanish Key, Miles Runs The Voodoo Down
                        John Coltrane, song: Blue Train
Charlie Parker, songs: Anthropology, Take Five

                        Some "experimental" jazz,

                        Tosca, songs: Busenfreund, Suzuki
                        Yesterday's New Quinlet
                        Madlib

If you want some (freaky) Jazzmetal, Crvenban is your man:

                        Liquid Tension Experiment
                        Mahavishnu Orchestra

Too everyone: don't give the man chilled music when he asks for jazz. jazz can be pretty tense when actually listening to it, it's only chilled as background music (but that's all background music).

                          I'd rather be SubSpacing.

EDIT: Realized Reepicheep bested my Miles Davis selection--changed for added enjoyment/less calories.

EDIT #2: Tom Waits - Nighthawks at the Diner is fucking phenomenal.

EDIT #823: genocidal: Some Boots is a really good album. It's a shame their lyrics aren't better.
