What web browser do you use?

I have been a big fan of Mozilla for the past 1 1/2 years or so. It's really a lot more stable and faster than IE, in my opinion. Netscape is based off of it, but Mozilla is updated on a daily basis. Recently I started using the newer Mozilla version called "Firebird". It's awesome. A lot more secure than IE, and you don't even have to install it. You just unzip it and go. There are tons of different skins and addons for it. Sufficient told me about this addon called "mouse gestures", and it just plain kicks ass. It lets you go backward, forward, refresh, etc, with certain movements of the mouse.

I really recommend Mozilla/Firebird to anyone that surfs the net a lot. It's available for Windows/Mac/Linux/etc, also.

Sure, I've got one in my back pocket. Fact of the matter is that most people code for IE, like it or not. Mozilla still has occasional issues with CSS and ActiveX plugins.

Plus, why the fuck would I download an additional web browser? Why? IE's already there, and if you're not a tosser, there aren't any problems with it. I'd tend to challenge you on the whole "security" issue anyways, because it's a user-defined thing. I could lock down IE ten ways to Sunday if I wanted to. Otherwise, it just comes down to plain ol' "don't be a fucking retard" logic.

I just like the interface of it- especially the tabbed browsing. As far as I know, the latest version of IE doesn't have tabbed browsing, does it? And I think it's pretty stupid to question why someone would download another browser because you already get one with the OS. I don't think many people use Media Player to play their all of their mp3s, do they?

Last season, twdivisions didn't work with Opera.

I use Opera because pages load faster.

if a page doesnt load right i just open ie for it and im fine. i almost never have to do this though.

I am back to using IE because it works with everything, I ran into too many problems and inconveniences with Firebird.

and IE owns all if you have a googlebar that blocks popups and stuff... if you're using IE without it then I am just sorry for you

Evasive or anyone: Have you tried checking your comp for spyware? Might wanna do that with spybot or spykiller or something

Spybot
Spy Sweeper
Spyhunter

Ad-Aware kept finding some CSS Hijack thing, and when I would remove it with ad-aware it would be back the next time I restarted my comp.
