Weaver should be promoted to Sysop!

About the Zone Helpers. I think Weaver made some very good hiring decisions. When Weaver was hiring, he discussed names with the smods, as you do. But he also talked to other staffers too.

Also, you cannot expect zone helpers to know everything about the game. Hell, I don't know everything about the game. They can HELP you though, give you advice, clues, etc to your problems. At the moment, we have some outstanding Zone Helpers who do their job very well, and I am glad they are on staff.

moot when you have people like Rucci <ZH> who literally believes that spawning is illegal and pm's you when you are facing him in twd to bitch at you frequently about it, and when he doesn't know how to use more than 1 ?chat when ?chat=staff was his second chat ever... this isn't a good person for staff. There are some good people on staff like you, herc, f22, yojo, mr. 420, pure_luck, bh822, but a lot of the lower staff just don't have a clue: bam, rucci, & winter come to mind... AND WEAVER DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHO WINTER <ZH> IS UNTIL AFTER HE WAS HIRED

You have a selective memory, you can remember mistakes that some of us made months ago, yet a mistake you made yesterday will have been forgotten by today. So yeah, you had been warned.

Also, please don’t make judgments about who I hired and who Yomama!!! hired, because frankly, you have no clue who I hired and who I didn’t. Again, you may read back to my original statement regarding your lying, in the event that your selective memory has already filtered it out.

I must also wonder why are you asking Pusher about why you were fired? That’s stupid, he’s never online. He hasn’t been around at all lately. That would be ZERO, you (or any other staffer) never told me anything i was saying in the game or on the forum was "against staff policy". I know for a fact you warned dimboy several times and were suspending vehicle for things they had said. I was never warned because there was no need for a warning.

Staffers unite!

How can weaver have done a bad job when the number of complaints recieved went down and the number of hosted games went up? He had a mass clearout of the inactive staff which was needed and brought in some new blood. Yeah not everyone agreed with them at the time but the when you look at the facts he didnt do a bad job at all

A dean of staff who brings in faces that make a difference is a good dean of staff. There are a lot more events being hosted by <ER>'s now (albeit octabase which is... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) than there were when I was ER and it's not just 1 or 2 ERs that are doing the hosting (Such as Dimboy during his time, others around that time lazed about, me being one of them) but most ERs are pitching in with the work. When I'm on for a couple of hours during peak times I see a number of ERs names that go out in zone messages, that in my eyes is a good dean who hired good people for the job.

I can't comment on ZHs or Moderators as they do more behind the scenes stuff but I have seen very few ZHs host nowadays, which is good as that is not their main focus. And remember, whose idea was it that only moderators can advert for the ZHs? Weaver (or was that PUSHER? Apologies if I'm incorrect here). Whose idea was it to raise the limits on hosted events for ERs, help calls for ZHs and cheater calls for mods? Weaver. (I know this is correct) By doing that it has encouraged the staff of now to work harder which is evident in the number of hosted events going out, as I say once again I can't comment on ZHs or mods because I rarely do help or cheaters but 99% of the time they get answered back within a reasonable amount of time.

Why isn't there any HAPPY things on this forum. I always see stupid mistakes which are sometimes not true about staff.

It bugs me that someone always has time to complain on the game.. ALWAYS has time.. Sitting on forum and complaining..

By me doing this reply some will whine at me saying i'm a stupid kid who knows nothing.. Get a life! THIS IS A GAME! Games are supposed to be a FUN thing right? If you don't think the game is fun you don't play it.. And when complaining on stupid things and argue every little second possible you can't like the game.

And some say you just want to improve. If you dislike a ZH or think he's new.. Keep it to yourself or Email a Dean or Pm / Msg him for christ sakes..

Leaf, if only all games were fun. I once ripped off my testical (yes just the one, the other one was ripped off by my dog, Benjamin.) when I lost my monopoly game to my 7 year old sister. Even while cheating the Pass and Take £200 system.

Your failure to believe is not a concern to me. Both Weaver and I know he never once warned me for "forum misbehavior" because all i did was call Vehicle a rebel in response to his bitching about being banned or something.
