I'm trying to find this little jazz suspense theme that I've been looking for lately but I can't seem to grasp on to it. I can't sound out for you what I want but to the best of words I can describe it:
It would first start out with simple, soft and rapid beats of a bongo or the D [or whichever is the deepest] on a cello... then that would fade off slowly or somewhat into silence for a few seconds then continue on with a sudden and rapid trumpet intro. Loud smooth and decending [or ascending, whichever it is] then goes into a tuba or other deep-sounding instrument that gives a meloness to it but at the same time is suspenseful and up beat.
Anybody have ANY idea what the fuck I'm talking about?
