              • What I do is sometimes get a tin of soup, heat it up, poach an egg in it, serve that with a pork pie sausage roll.

                  • Tortilla Soup

I made this up from stuff I had left over in the fridge. Wasn't too bad, though the ingredients could've been more fresh. This isn't a precise dish, so play it by ear.

Leftover chicken, remove meat from bones but keep the bones if you have em
                    some salsa,
some leftover tortillas (the premade ones in the bag)
                    honey
                    dried Oregano, parsely
                    adobo (or just use salt)
                    One apple
                    A tomato (or canned tomatoes)
                    About a quart of water
mozz cheese if you have it
one small can of vegetables of your choice (brocolli works well, so does beans)
olives (I just cut up the whole ones)

mince the chicken into small bits and set aside. cut the apple in quarters and boil the water, chicken bones and apple in a medium/large pot. Add the seasoning (oregano, parsely flakes, adobo, a squeeze of honey) and let boil for about 45 mins. The small bits of meat still left on the bones should fall into the mix.

remove the bones and apple chunks from your broth. Add diced tomatoes, about half a cup of salsa, the olives, chicken, can of veggies, and diced tortilla (small squares) and simmer for another half hr.

Serve with tortilla chips and top off your bowl with some mozz cheese.

                    • Grilled Christian Cross Cheese Sandwhich

                      1) 2 slices of bread
                      2) 2 slices of cheese
                      3) Butter for pan

                      1. Heat skillet to medium low heat and place the butter in the pan
                      2. Cut both slices of bread in the shape of a cross +
                      3. Cut both slices of cheese in the shape of a cross +
                      4. Stick the bread on the skillet
                      5. Let bread get nice and light brown
                      6. Stick the cheese on the untoasted sides of the bread
                      7. Let the cheese melt, and when the bread is golden brown, stick the two slices together
                      8. Heat anymore if needed, then place on plate
                      9. Enjoy

Tip: If you like the sandwhich extra cheesy, then add the cut off parts of the cheese for an extra cheesy cross.

I know it is, I'd rather have a complete grilled cheese sandwhich. But, you can take the little pieces of cut off bread, and make miniature grill cheese sandwhich Bibles if you wanna be picky. Just scrap little crosses on the Bible, and if your really talented, put HOLY BIBLE on it too.

                              • Devilishly good shrimp appetizer.

3 Shrimp of any size, uncooked. Lay them out on the plate curled up so they resemble "666". Serve with any shrimp sauce.
