I saw the first couple episodes of hellsing, but I haven't gotten around to borrowing the rest from a friend.

The first Vampire Hunter D was an absolute gem when it first came out (considering the time frame) but the second just fell on it's face. Nice, detailed drawings yes, but barely any good action sequences can not save a sequel vamp flick IMO.

Hellsing was ok ... not terribly good or bad. And yes, they should've had the cool priest guy more. Has anyone ever seen Flame of Recca? That's such a funny series and a pretty cool one to boot. Definitely one of my favorite (not that I've seen that many). It's about a ninja who got sent to present day by his mother ... for those interested. Also, has anyone ever seen the anime called X? It's really good and the storyline is excellent (a lot of religious symbolism).

But you hafta admit Epi ... you didn't want it to end (or did you?). I wished they extended it to include some background stuff about the other characters but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I heard that the manga continues the story or something. But yeah, Flame of Recca was really enjoyable series to watch. Some funny moments and neat fighting scenes.

wadi is an asshole. no matter how much you stop it publically, it's just going to flourish more privately than it could have publically.



anyways. i saw a dubbed version of hellsing and i didn't like the dubbing. so i never really liked it. maybe if i saw the japanese version, i'd get into it.

All my frieds were stucked in the swamp of anime for a while. They even had the DE-skin in CS changed to that-gun-skin.

I just wished that it actually ended It was alright, although the 10+ episodes dedicated to the tournament really slowed down the plot...

They almost dedicated every episode to 1 fight, got rather boring after awhile... Those dragons were pretty tight tho :x
