            I feel ya there, froed. I can't even name 10 albums I liked this year, let alone my 10 favorite. At least an all-time list might have some recognizable names from you angsty teenies, and I'd actually care a little. Heck, I might even be able to come up with 10 of my own and contribute to the thread, rather than take disgruntled pot shots at it from the sideline, how bout that?

                        op ivy and rancid also sound quite different from each other, so that constitutes them being two separate entities, despite however many members they shared.

                        plus, i've been in the situation where i played in two different bands consisting of most of the same members, and we really hated it when people would keep referring to one band as the other =P so be nice to op ivy, and don't refer to them as rancid.

                          I just checked out The Meadowlands and Young Liars. Hot damn! I guess there's a good reason both of these albums made the top 50 of 2003 list at Pitchfork Media. :]
