Is it possible to somehow show that someone got a green? Like, maybe have a little green sign appear next to their name. I'm not even sure if this is possible, but it'd be super-rad if you could implement this.

A bot could do it, but mods have a command *watchgreen that preforms something like what you said. This would be how a bot would most likely track the greens.
From the title, I'm assuming you want this so that you can see when other players pick-up an unseen green (A green not from a death that appears at near random). Player's bty go up when they get a green, so you could try targeting the bounty of one player so that they change shades of blue when they get a green but you would have to do this everytime they got one.
I really would like to hear why you want this, for elim?

just take full charges out of elim, dd, wbduel, etc. running into a green that only you can see and blasting away someone who has been chasing you for 20 seconds is annoying. someone shoots, i rush them and they eat some green i didn't see and kill me. that's bs, either make greens visible to everyone or take out full charge greens. >:|

I think they're there as a little advantage that anyone can benefit from, as they are available to everyone.

It's kinda about this tread.. this question.. you always start with a sertain bty. What is it 2 or 3 or something.. so.. sometimes you start with 1 or 0 in bty.. why? Straight this out for me please!

Just make sure he doesn't pick up the green and you will be fine. Just another thing to give newbies a lucky kill every now and then against the mediocre. Good players don't get killed by that stuff.

I love it when someone is chasing me like crazy and i go over a FC green, its wicked cause right after your bullet blasts through the nose of their ship, you can almost picture the confusion and surpise on their faces, its awesome.
