Hehe seriously, like I've said before, it comes from force of habit, of hitting enter before the end of the box, instead of relying on word wrap. It's a force of habit from doing things and using programs where line wrap matters. I wasn't aware that it bothered people. I told Jason before, in some other thread. I actually just now manually went and undid all the carriage returns, in order to sassify you with this response, hopefully.

We get DDOSed by stupid kids all the time. Isn't there a way to prevent it? I doubt the people doing these things are rocket scientists... Yahoo and banks and shit don't get attacked all the time. It happens like once a decade and when it does its the biggest freeking deal ever. What gives? Are we more newb than they are?

This analogy isn't quite right, but it'll give you a general idea of why they can't.

Imagine Trenchwars is your toilet at home. It doesn't take a lot of broken hypodermics or wadded up bandages before you've got one heck of a nasty clog on your hands.

Now, to complete the analogy, if TW is your home toilet then Yahoo is the Yangtzee River. You can dump dead bodies, low-level radioactive waste, and loads of human fieces in that sucker before you'll get a clog. Not that it doesn't ever happen, it's just a lot harder to do.

Why not just ban the tk option ?
Talk to pritak and tell him to make the game tk free ..
