Awesome. And what more can be done, I would simply suggest
taking his IP, reporting the offense to his ISP, then his mommy and
daddy will be very angry when they can no longer log on when they
get home from work because their account is turned off.
Always Always ALWAYS if you have the IP in a case like this
report it to the offender's ISP. That is why businesses don't really
get hit with it unless it's a serious major attack. Screwing with them
isn't worth it spilling into your real life.

that the staff members I've had contact with have been easygoing,
reasonably intelligent, decent people. I don't doubt that if I needed help
and weren't a dick about asking for it, then they'd probably do what they
could for me. Maybe you're just a jerk? If I were Dock, I'd set you up
with a 2500 day ban for saying that TW deserves it. But I can really
be a hard ass some days. =)
