The %tickname command should just be disabled for pub chat macros. I can't think of a good reason why it shouldn't be.

Because I need that macro to point out to those stupid fucks who is terrier and that they should attach to the terrier. Most terriers don't last too long and I don't want to end up retyping my macro every time the team gets a new terrier.
The more because people in public don't have clean 6 character dictionary words, but long nicks with all symbols and underscores and shit.

So basicly you need to be able to use %tickname in teamchat. The real command that gets abused here is %killed, wich in fact is useless unless you want to check if you killed their terrier or just someone that attached there after it warped. So maybe %killed and %killer should just print to yourself, not in public.

It is most common in the form of commercial e-mail. But showing off to other people how good you are by sending %killed messages in public would be spam too. Nobody wants to hear about it. Killmessages already tell who got killed by who, and if people don't want to know they turn that off. People that get killed will get a clean objective message who killed them. There is no need for anyone to tell people who they killed, especially not when hidden in some narcist and subjective macro only ment to show off.

I am not sure, since the person in question (the one that got banned) doesn't sound like a good player. Probably it's a newbie that just found out you can use macro's and commands as %killed together. So I wonder if he would kill
enough people to flood the chat.
