I would like to know where the banner is placed to the colors I can use for the banner fit the colors on the website. For example, if the banner is white/red and the site is light grey it wont be that nice

Here's another (worse?) version of my 1st basing banner. I added one of my cheesy slogans
In that 2nd picture, the first one you did, I don't understand what that ugly grey shit in the left is. Why is it there, what is it supposed to be? Otherwise that would be a good banner.
