Is bioture a moderator?

Is bioture a moderator? if so, can he read my chats? becuase it certainly seems that he can.

Despite the fact if Bioture is a moderator there is no way for a staff member to see what is on a ?chat then if they are on that chat themself. There is no way a staff member can record or see chats.
My guess he was on a altnick or someone was relaying the messages to him.

As far as I know we cant read freq messages, only those who have access to logs which is not permitted untill a good reason

As far as I know, bioture isn't staff.

Freq chat is still public therefore it has no real privacy issues. Staff can't see your private message or private chats. Also, bioture isn't staff.
