the game wouldnt have to do it...the twd site can do it..there are prolly modules out on the internet or for sale that do this already..like w/ sports sites and weather and stuff...its not rly all that unrealistic..altho like 5 out of 2000 people would use it o_O

In all truth, yeah, it is absolutely possible. I already have a C and Perl implementation to interface with the gateway for my company's SMS account. Porting it over to Java would be no prob. I think my company spends 4 cents plus an extra fee depending upon the country and carrier per message. Am I willing to do it? Not really, but if there are enough people who'd want it then I'd certainly consider doing it.
