I've always thought that "modern" tilesets look bulky and tacky. The only tileset I think would be good would have to be something sleek.

the jailbreak tileset is a bit too... "empty" or "thing", wouldn't be good for pub. I actually like the ?go duel tileset.
But yes, the pub tileset looks really bad :/

Have you noticed that the TW population is rising faster than DSB or EG...?

And that TW loads faster than DSB or EG? Yah, people hate waiting 5 minutes on a 56k, so they come to the bestest zone

?go twbd map for pub map, just add in the levi-proof firing blocks to the outside, problem solved.

I like the TWLB tileset. For pub though, there could be a little more color.

The pub map is good because it is simple enough and elegant...
Its very... efficient...
Some people think this may be easy to do, but to make a map thats as good at its job as the current pub map would be quite hard. Not impossible though.

It's weird going from the pub tile set to twl, hunts the eyes sometimes. I think it's fine the way it is. Continue making new ones for other arenas.

oooo i like the sound of that.... then you can still play with the same pub map there is or you could change. would you not just change the thingy that makes you spawn in the pub areans (just now) so it lets you spawn in the new ones?

I don't think using the TWLB map as pub is a good idea, my old computer used to have troubles loading the TWLB map.

Well even if not the TWLB map, we dont need anything too fancy. Sure, a different tileset for each individual pub would be pretty neat, but its a waste of time to try to do something like that. I say a slight change in appearance would be cool, nothing drastic. But it wouldn't kill me if nothing changed.

You can't change the settings, tile sets or placment of tiles or anything in a specific pub.

Edit: BTw I hate the flashy crap other zones think they need to put in. Some of it is cool like having update background Lvz for news and stuff but most of it looks half assed.
