i'm trying to make a new player name for myself, but i've forgot where the signup form is for new names, anybody help?

On Continuum zone selection screen when you open Continuum :
View -> Profiles.
Click new and fill in the info.
A lot of names may already be picked so use "?squad playername" (without the "'s) in game to see if it's availible. If the server replies "Unknown player" it's free for use.gravy_: They should do great gran tourismo
