even if i have like 5 bts goin on and using near my max i'll go no higher than 120ms and 0.8
So i have no clue as to how some people can lag so bad (aside from living far away).

No it isn't, the laws are by state. You can drink certain % alcoholic drinks in Colorado and Wyoming at 18. At least you could, last time I was there.

Last time you were there must have been in the seventies, because that's when all fifty states changed the drinking age to 21. Look it up. Waiters may serve unopened alcoholic beverages at age 18 (I believe). But to drink, it's 21 across the land my friend.
