about the .txt thing, i think there already is one, but only mods n stuff get on it.
and getting in a ship makes no difference, it measures last activity, floating doesnt count - i tried it.Comment

To answer questions:
1. What does Mr. Arrogant 2 do?
Mr. Arrogant 2 has two purposes.
a) He watches the staff issuing commands and notifies smods+ when someone does something really bad.
b) He disconnects people who are idling.
He used to have another purpose, but that purpose has been fulfilled by other mechanisms.
2. Can you be put on an immunity.txt?
If it were programmed in, of course you could. It's basically the same deal as getting added to the rules file for wbduel, javduel, or base or getting added to the alert list for any of the alertbots. Right now if you are a smod+ or on the bot owner list (which puts you at the access level of sysop to the bots) then you will not be knocked off. Good luck getting on the owners.cfg. There are only 3 people on it presently (at least last I checked...no, I'm not on it).
As a side note, there is a very simple way to not get disconnected (besides being active). Just do some digging and it should be fairly obvious.
3. How do I know all of these things?
