Spamming

I dont mind if this is closed but I want someone to clear this up:

Connection> Spamming is not a banable offense since it is not on the biller server(<-- i might have that backwards) So when i reported a person and had screen shots for proof of course nothing was done

SO what is it? If you set rules you have to be consistent. Set the line and stay with it. Shitty tw mods (well some of you ::wink Erathia:

Further some explenation:

If spamming occurs on a chat (exception are the local ones) TW Staff can't do nothing about it. In TW however we can. As explained in the rules excessive spamming isn't allowed. You know what ways to go for your complaints about staff members, and bans!
