bear with me here, how much would it be worth to u financially to expedite this process

because it just occurred to be what an opportune moment it would be to really exploit my position for financial gain and i wonder if this is already being done in bigger terminals

but on the real, when you say "pending" do you mean like, fedex hasnt even picked up the pkg from the shipper? because if so that is an issue with the shipper and contacting them would be best. if it's "pending" after being picked up and passing thru a terminal or two, calling fedex will definitely lead to some ops admin getting harassed by a clerk with a fistful of emails and tracking numbers, and the package getting found and sent out a s a p, even if it means someone just throwing it in their personal vehicle and heading out

edit: remember fedex and corps like it spend millions on psychological research pinpointing exactly where the average person's patience will break, so you will have to go through all the routine things that make you hang up that phone: bad on-hold music, "let me transfer you"-palooza, department-juggling and so on

you gotta have a clear schedule and infinite patience but, and this is from personal experience, if you can navigate that gauntlet the ultimate test is not exploding on whoever winds up being the person tasked with dealing with a customer. but if u manage, dealing with a caller who doesnt yell and seems to understand basic things like that we dont throw a single box on a delivery van to go right to a customer is such a relief that will make the clerk no-joke willing to die to make sure that pkg gets to ur doorstep

Shit I'd pay extra just to get it where it's supposed to go. It just says "pending" without anything else. But the email originally said it has been shipped, and it actually had an expected arrival date, but then it switched and hasn't moved from "pending". I have it in writing from the manufacturer that the information has been sent to Fedex and they either need to pick it up or they already have it. I've talked to the manufacturer twice and both times they said it's in FedEx's court and that there's nothing else they (the manufacturer) can do. FedEx disabled their online chat and their call wait time last time I tried was like 212 minutes..

My meds I need been stalled for weeks too. Waiting on USPS registered mail. I hear 6-8 weeks sadly. Glad I have enough for 3 months but still.

oh and for what its worth we have a medical school in town so alot of people i grew up with now work in the medical field in various levels ranging from nurses to emt's to doctors, specialists, etc and all i can say is if you don't believe the media hype that's one thing, but to doubt the existence and uniquely threatening nature of the rona is pretty fuckin oblivious, i know it's hard to know what to trust these days but tbh that's your problem; i learned a great deal about putting sources through the ringer as a debater and as a student of history, it took alot of work, and if you don't wanna do that work that's cool but also don't be some lazy parasite demanding something (my attention, respect, belief in your opinions, acceptance of your facts) for free
