Ok i have a question. Yestersday i was banned from TW. i sent the email to the address and Overstrand told me i was spamming and causing disruptions. Now i thought u had to be warned before being banned. Now i personally think that my ban was unfair, but thats not what im here for. I just thought u had to be warned b4 being banned. please dont close this topic im not whining or complaining about my ban, just had a question that needs answering.

Usually you are Moderator Warned before a ban is put in place, but if you have a long and detailed history of disobeying Trench Wars Rules and Regulations, and even more specifically the offense that is take place currently, you can be banned without warning.

If you have a fairly clean record, they'll warn you.

If the offense is serious enough, and you get a Staffer in a bad mood, you could be banned on the spot.

Overstrand old me i was spamming and causing disruptions. only time i can think of that happening was in pub when like 5 ppl where using a kill macro so i hunted em and used a kill macro like twice

I don't know what to tell you. I looked over the past thread in this forum, and you complained about being banned about 10 threads down. If you want an answer to why you've been banned, e-mail ban@trenchwars.org, the forums are not the appropriate place to dispute a ban.

Also, I don't know who banned you, but since it was without a warning, you could try emailing a complaint about that staffer at Complaints@trenchwars.org, Bazhn ur not a bad guy, corp 4 life heh

i dont know who banned me but its kinda sad to be banned for spamming when most ppl only get warned for saying racist comments. i think mods should put whats important into perspective.

i am over the ban i have come to realize that in TW am the person that Mods seem to ban for no reason. its all good it seems to be the story of my TW life

I thought your ban was lifted because staff didn't follow due process, not because they didn't have a legitimate reason for at least a warning.

unless you're spamming rascsim or stuff like that, you shouldn't be banned, only silenced.
