Stop players switching teams mid round

I think we should stop players switching teams mid round.

It is possible for a player (who cares nothing for team loyalty) to exploit the ability to switch team mid round to the team in the best position.

This not only strengthens the winning team but weakens the losing team, thus making the win more inevitable.

As a consequence of a one sided win made in this fashion, some players will leave out of anger and this often causes a a cascade effect, resulting in the game disintegrating altogether and a completely dead zone all because of this single selfish action.

Please help preserve what enjoyment there is still left in the game by stopping players switching teams mid round, unless it is a legitimate !switch

It’s too late for this game. Their inaction about trolling and team killing has killed retention here enough as is but the focus will never be on pub games anymore. It’s Wild Wild West out there

AFKs, lamers and other players uninterested in flagging seem a bigger problem than hoppers as far as team balance is concerned.

Developing a 'thick enough skin' to keep going when things don't go the way you want them is also part of any team game.

there is only one serial team switcher, and we all know who it is. theres no need to spend any time on this problem when the rest of the zone is on fire due to lack of admin involvment
