    Real input please...

    'm a pubber( 0 and 1 haven't touched the Levi pubs in a while ) and I have tried squading( horribly run squad, on an old name "TheDarkAngelus", was on squad 'GANGSTAS' or something with Warrior Mika, it was a horribly run squad ). After I left that squad, it actually just faded really, I decided that squading wasn't something I really cared about( not that I didn't like it, just didn't care ) I have been toying with the idea of trying for a squard again, basing not dueling( I run about 4-10 to 6-10 dueling last I remember when I was in the squad ) because I feel 'm a pretty decent terr but 'm not sure if I really want to actually be in a squad or not because I like just picking up and playing without restrictions and such...

    Any suggestions?

      Funny.

      Have a life, work, girlfriend and art. Video games are recreation until I get into the field with my art, which is my life( aside from my girlfriend )

        Go join wingmasters like crossfirez not only will it be fun (?), but you can also enjoy my made banner (that is their officiall banner now).

        Yeah, I've been on wingmasters. I joined em since like half of the squad was at my school (back then), and they asked me to join; I was aliased.

        As far as I know, Wingmasters are a pretty decent squad. Not the best, but I had some great times with my friends there. And you didn't haft to commit that much to be on the squad.. And since I had no connection at home it worked out just great, since I playied at school.

        As for today, I have a connection, and I decided to come back to RB, so here I'm am.

        Spidermage, I don't really know what you should do. It all what you want.. if you like basing, join a basing squad, you like jds and dds, join some squad that does that if so.

        Running is hard, so you've experience, and suppose you don't want to do that again.. so joining a squad is a better option? But you do as you please, thats what matters. As long as you have fun.

        Have you made some new art? I have my spidey doodle kinda ready, haven't had time to look on it, tho I 've been making art at my art-class.

          Have one new real thing, not scanned yet... and it shows everything of the female figure n.n; Wanted to actually try and draw the 'flower' since I never have... wow... I just realized that... all nudity I have done is softcore o.o

            You could join Quirion, wich is a training squad to players who want to start with competitive basing (8vs8).
            I think it would be perfect for you.

                I agree with sump. You have to start out small and get a name associated with your forum name. Personally, Ive never seen you in-game and for you to stick in my head, I need you remember you by something. So yeah, start with quirion and learn how to base competitively and just get your skill levels up and gain some experience.

                Remember..... Its an ongoing process and you will start out rough and there will be times where youre in a rut and just cant get as high as a score as you might want to but just stick to it and be patient with yourself!

                    Yo due. That guy has started since 2 months or so. That squad is perfect for him to learn how to base and stuff. You can't expect him to go straight into Spastic. Lol. And even allthough we are wb's, we have alot of basers or semi-basers aswell who all have been playing longer than the Quirion people.
                    So I think Quirion is good for anyone who is pretty new in the game and wants to get into basing.

                      Agreed, you don't know shit about BDing, please don't speak like this then. Quirion is a training squad for Pub players wich does not care anything about the skill they have, only the skill of some of their players, Quirion is trying to bring competitive basers, not being a competitive squad.. ALF has some ex quirion members.

                      oh and spidermage, you can contact me about joining Quirion.

                        Ok, 'mma seem like a total newbie for asking this but I actually want to relate this towards my decision of applying for a base squad or not. I looked up my score using trenchwars.org and got this:

                        NickName Squad Rating Wins Losses Points Flag Points Total Points Av Kill
                        Spider_Mage 789 426 430 41554 52100 93654 97.54

                        So... how does this relate to skill?

                        Keep in mind for the past week or more 've done Weasel a lot, but before that would be Terr and flagroom defense Warbird/Lanc

                            we know shit about basing & we still can win from them that tells enough about the lvl that they are playing on. but like u said they don't care about bd

                              Their not mine, and it's a good thing they are moving on to a better squad. (that's what they were for on Quirion)

                              It is a basing only squad, they do care about BD's but not about how competitive they are as a squad.
                              Only the loyal count.
