Looking for a good squad

I'm in search of a good squad.
Lemma tell who I am and what my 'skills' are.
Before they changed the lanc settings, i was an über lanc ( which i trully mean), afaik, only PandoraX could match me. And no, I was not the lame random multishoot dude. My nickname was then 'Gabberatski' and 'VUBGabberatski'.
But, ok, they changed it, so it was shitty (I could not longer really do fun dogfights with warbirds), but you have to continue. So now I'm mostly warbird, but I use all other ships, depending on the base / mid situation. Every ship, besides of X. I hate X very hard. Let me be clear, I don't wan't any team that has members who use X.
Also, my ratio is at the moment W:1085 - K:573. So I at least would like to go in a team that has no members with more kills then wins.
