I can't see how people can claim to want to help the community but still quit staff? How can you help without the abilities your position presents you?

Maybe someone should change the ones who are incharge of staff already if ppl keep leaving. Soon there's only left those who have attitude problems and dont really fit staff :P I can think of 3 right away

These staff members have put alot of work forward, and have seen little or no co-operation. After so long of this, you get sick of it. Agreed leaving doesn't fix the problem, but nothing much was being done anyhow. So perhaps if all the good staff members quit in a form of protest, higher staff may get active and do something about it.

I don't mean to insult anyone up there, but these people can't be leaving for nothing. The public also has a right to know whats going on in the zone we all play and enjoy. So as long as the staff members that are quitting stay civil, there is no reason they shouldn't be posting their reasons on the forums in my opinion.
