hello, im the captain of FlagOwners, and i am starting a TrenchWars-Basing Intermediate League, with the help of MirrorriM, and Fairlights we hope to bring basing to the more "average joe" squads in TW.

PS - This wont intervien with TWL-B, we will try to scheduel different times so everyone in TWLB-Int has a time to watch the pros play

Some people tried running a minor TWBD league last season. From what I saw it wasted a lot of zoners, players and staffers time and never finished out the season. I know TWD isn't a league since there are no set times for games and the final winner can't be decided fairly since squads can refuse to play to bolster their score.

If you still want this to work I would have at least be working on all of this before making it public.

3. Have a rule list made up, have it appended with changes
4. Have a starting date up

Staff has limited resources for these kind of things so don't expect a lot of help when all of this and more isn't done.

My advice on this is to use the TWD system.

Put on the website who is facing who in the week.
let them agree on a time, then let the captain of the winning squads ?message you with the URL to results.

then you can copy these results to your own website and its easier to set up games, and no showups wont happen as much.

Exactly, you could make your own mini-ladder using the existing one for TWD.

Sumpson has a good idea with using the TWD system for the games. If anything, it will help organize and keep track of the games/scores. That would help a lot in doing your little mini-tourny without staff help.
