It doesn't make sense to ban those who dare to talk about the HUGE errors in Staff. He's totally right. You're silencing everybody who dares to stand up and talk about the bad sides of staff. Because staff has A LOT .. (read TOO MANY) mistakes ..
People abusing their powers all the time. Better do something with the criticism you get, or just close down staff and delete the whole zone.
You can silence them, but you can't get rid of them completely ...
