That'd be awesome to have a hall of fame portion added to the pub maps. I wouldn't devote a separate arena to it, because more people would see it entering a pub than going to that arena. And every year after TWL we have an induction ceremony for new players to the hall of fame.

considering that tw has made these changes to improve the zone, i dont think the week would be that fun.

Things that wouldn't work:
-Staff changes. Maybe if you'd get some old mod or someone to host something, or maybe even temporarily give powers to some (trusted) old staffer, but in that big of a scale, nah.
-Squads, doubt people would really do it, except maybe one oldsquad1 vs. oldquad2 duel.

But this whole thread is silly anyways, these suggestions never get implemented, and it's kinda futile to even talk about it. :P

- Getting old squads in TWD would just fux0r the system, besides with the current state, Siege vs Elusive would be like Militaris vs Warpath, most of the players have past their prime time. It would be interesting, though. Wouldn't take long for them to regain their playing level

I agree that certain things are pretty hard and unlikely to be done, wouldn't it be simpler to just do an old skool weekend?
- Return the pub map and settings back to it's former glory
- Merge Elim and Baseelim
- Put shrapnel back for Javs

Easy things to do really...
