Outsider actually, he has much more access then a regular or high Mod.

Owner actually, he has more access than smods. ZH < Outsider < ER < Mod < High Mod < SMod < Sysop <= Owner.

when u need a mod they are nvr around.

anyways: 41 staffers on the ZH/ER list (on the site) so that 974/41=24 sure some are more & less active but still it are only 24 calls for every ZH/ER & that is without mod/smod is not much.

129 events hosted by 28ERs (i know that mods host to like ARA, etc): 129/28=4

yes, i know some ERs are inactive & stuff but still 4 is not alot.

Well, in my opinion, a few of the staff ARE lazy. Take this for example (actually happened)

Well if that was the ZH's excuse, it wasn't a really good one. BUT, do keep in mind that we do get a lot of calls concerning the same issue, like last night. So there will be at times were we need RoboHelp to help us.

If you understood the volume of calls during peak hours and saw that a majority of them are not sent by staffers using Robohelp (they're automated yet players can still summon a staffer) then you wouldn't be calling it lazy. It's a good tool if used right and I don't even see most of the ZHs using it at all. Anyways you can always message the staffer if the bot didn't give you enough information, you can always do !summon and if the bot does get it right.. why bitch about it?

Unless you're using !summon to override the bot response to ?help host such and such. Then we'll be nice enough to repeat the message to you or tell you flatly to fuck off. ?help is for questions, not demands.
