I oversaw in a chat earlier that the player "vys" had been banned for 30 days for his third violation of the discrimination act of tw.

Not picking a fight or whatever, but isn't 30 days just a little too long for saying the word "***"? -_- I mean, if someone says white trash...nothing happens, yet when its black/asian/w/e people it seems they are the only ones who are offended...

Discrimination is discrimination...you cant ban one race for doing something but not the other.

You're making the same mistake that others make; the fault isn't that vys got banned for what he said, the fault is in other people not getting banned for discriminating against white people. The way to fix this is to punish them equally, not in being more lax on someone who is already being punished. What we have here is a case of justice for some. The solution should be justice for all, but if the thrust of your argument is that vys doesn't deserve 30 days, then you're arguing for justice for none.

I think he had been banned lately. The duration of ban usually gets longer after each ban: 3 days - week - month. Tho I'm just guessing, I got exp from 3 days to a week.

There is no arguement here. You say racist things, you will be warned, or subsequently banned where appropriate. There is no excuse for such hateful words to be used in the game, and you have an obligation to the easily young children that play not to use it.
Whether you abbreviate it, try to mask it, or graphically display it through any form in-game, you will be punished accordingly.
Most generic racial words are already detected straight away, but is it our fault a particular racist term is used more frequently than another? No, it's yours. We are not playing favourites, we never were. Racist terms relating to caucasians are just harder to detect because the word black and white are not bannable by themselves without being in racial context. That is why we will refuse to ban or warn someone just because you saw them say something when we weren't there. However we will gun you down for the generic shit every time.
